The Process
Always plan ahead! Here are the steps of how we will take our creative ideas from conception to execution!
Pre-Production

Let’s have a 30 min chat about what NikPix can do for your business! We will discuss a content creation stategy that works best within your budget and creative needs.

I will create a pitch deck, which is a collection of ideas that I think will achieve the content strategy goal. This will serve as a starting base for us to begin brainstorming together as we navigate the path to production!

Now that we have discussed the direction of the project, we can get started on the scripting & writing process! I will lay out a bunch of interview ideas, where we can really dive deep into the story of your business, and plan out any additional content.

Always plan ahead! We will take a look at the location of the shoot ahead of time to make sure that I have the proper equipment and filming setup on the day of the shoot. The key to a successful shoot is always being one step ahead of the game! That being said, there is always room to improvise the day of for small things as well!
Production

Before the shoot happens, I will hire any necessary crew to make sure that we are ready to go on film day. This may mean that I have an additional camera operate, audio technician, or media manager by my side. This will depend on the budget of the project, but I will always make sure to have professional and highly skilled individuals helping out!

Interviews are the core backbone to any story driven content, so it’s very important to get this right!
Depending on the project, this could be a formal sit down interview with multi-camera or an on-the-go interview, where we follow the talent as they speak.

While I own a lot of equipment myself, sometimes we need to rent equipment out to ensure that we have everything we need for a shoot. This will vary depending on the budget, but I always make sure that the quality is top notch!
Also, if possible, I always back up video footage on location to avoid any accidental footage loss! You can feel safe knowing that your content is backed up regularly.
Post-Production

Once the shoot is complete, our team will back up the footage a second time at the office. We will meticulously go through every clip and organize appropriately during this stage as well.
Editing is a bit of a process- this can take a few weeks depending on the scope of the project. We will pick the best interview bites to intercut with b-roll coverage to create a compelling story for your business.

Every editor knows that audio is actually the most important part of the film! We take extra precaution on set to make sure that we have the highest quality audio possible to work with. In post-production, we add any missing elements to the puzzle and make the content as immersive as possible.
We also use licensed music that you are able to post on social media without fear of being copyrighted on the platform.

My team has access to thousands of graphic templates for any occasion! We can add flair to any video to help captivate your audience.

We shoot in a format that lets us bring out beautiful colors and effects in post-production. Every piece of content that leaves our hands will be fully colored and rendered to look absolutely stunning.

No one gets it absolutely perfect on the first go, so notes are built into every project. We will send you a few screeners to take a look at and let us know what changes you’d like to see! Usually we have the video perfected after only 2-3 rounds of notes.

We deliver everything in 4k resolution and 24 fps, unless otherwise discussed prior to the shoot. And the best part- everything is sent digitally and ready to upload immediately!
